Privacy Policy

Pocket Arcade is a collection of offline games for everyone, including children. You do not need an account, and we do not ask for your name, age, location, or contact details to play.
1. What stays on your device
The games save personal bests, round counts, the last game played, your selected pace, and sound preferences in local browser or app storage. These records are not sent to us or to a leaderboard. Web, downloaded-file, and Android editions store their records separately.
2. The Android edition
The current Android edition bundles the games inside the app. It has no Internet permission, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, account system, or advertising identifier permission. It does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, or files. App backup is disabled. Game records are not transmitted by the app.
3. The website and offline download
When you visit the website, hosting and network providers receive technical request information such as an IP address, browser headers, and requested URLs to deliver and protect the site. This is separate from your local game records. This public website is hosted by Hostinger. Its handling of hosting and security information is described in the Hostinger Privacy Policy. Provider log retention is governed by its practices and the hosting configuration. This public site does not add a game account.
The public website uses local storage for preferences and scores and a service worker to cache the offline edition. No advertising, analytics, or marketing scripts are included in our game code. The downloaded HTML edition does not need a connection to play.
4. Children and families
There is no gameplay age gate. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the games. There is no chat, user-uploaded content, purchase system, or location sharing. A parent or carer should handle support messages and external links. Please do not send children's names, birth dates, photographs, or other identifying details.
5. Advertising
This release has no live advertising. A non-interactive banner space is reserved on the home screen for a possible future version. It is not an advertisement and makes no ad requests. Before enabling ads, we will review child-directed advertising requirements, approved SDK versions and settings, consent requirements, and update this policy and the store's Data safety declaration. Personalized advertising to children will not be enabled.
6. Support messages
If an adult emails us, we receive the sender's email address and whatever they choose to include. We use that information to answer and resolve the enquiry, not for marketing. Email providers process those messages as part of delivering email. Keep messages limited to the problem and avoid unnecessary personal information.
7. Retention, deletion, and your choices
Local scores remain until you clear them, clear browser/app data, or uninstall the app. Use Parents & settings → Clear local records to remove game records on that device. Browser or Android app settings can remove all local app data. We cannot restore records or remotely erase storage on your device. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the enquiry and meet applicable obligations; contact us to request deletion. There are no game accounts to delete.
8. Security and changes
We minimize the information the games use, keep game records on the device, and use HTTPS for the public website. No system can promise absolute security. We will update this page when the product or its data practices change. New features that collect information will need appropriate disclosures and safeguards before release.
