Pocket Arcade is made for short, friendly breaks. These terms apply to our games and companion website.

Playing the games

You may play the games for personal entertainment. Gameplay has no age gate; children should use the app with appropriate guidance from a parent or carer. App-store content ratings are set through the store's review and rating process and may vary by region.

Scores and availability

Scores are local personal records. They have no monetary value, do not enter you into a competition, and cannot be exchanged for prizes. Local records may be lost when you clear data or change devices. We may update the games, change features, or discontinue a version.

Responsible use

Do not misuse the website, disrupt its services, or use it to infringe someone else's rights. Take breaks and stop playing if you feel uncomfortable. Parents and carers can use their device's screen-time controls.

Content and branding

Pocket Arcade uses original artwork and implementations of familiar arcade mechanics. Names and artwork belonging to other publishers are not included or claimed. Our code and artwork remain subject to their applicable ownership and licence terms.

External services

Opening a support email, website, or app store takes you to a separate service with its own terms and privacy practices. The current game release has no purchases and no live ads.

Limitations and your rights

We aim to keep the games usable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or preservation of local records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow to be excluded.
